This Command X shaft is NCAA legal. The original version of this shaft, specifically the unique shape (ridges) did not meet NCAA Rule 1-17: The circumference of the cross handle shall not be more than 3.5" and the handle must be relatively straight.). This is the updated version, which does meet the above NCAA rule.
